How to buy?
Ordering:
All products can be found in ''Shop'' section. U lijevom stupcu možete pregledati uže skupine proizvoda. Pri vrhu možete naći linkove direktno na neke od proizvoda.
Select your product, adjust the quantity and click "add to cart". Fill in your personal info. There is a field to add your note to the seller, too. Be sure to CONFIRM your order, to get your confirmation e-mail.
Payment is not automatic.
Payment:
During checkout you can select COD or Wire transfer. If you prefer to use your credit card, use Transferwise service clicking on this link.
Set the transfer in this order: first set the amount in "Recipient will get exactly" field and currency. Then set your preferred currency ("You send"). The app will calculate your cost. You can even choose your preferred type of transfer, to save money. If you use Wise for the first time, there will be no fee. Please mention the quotation number one step later (in available text field).
Credit cards: in addition to Wise, we can accept any credit card through our credit card processor. Please contact us.

Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel your order let us know on the e-mail sveta.hrana@zaslon.hr or by a phone call.
Delivery:
We deliver via courier service, shipments are sent by COD or after wire transfer is received. We charge 30 HRK for shipments in Croatia. Orders over 500 HRK are in Croatia shipped for free. If you order from abroad, allow us to change your quotation manually and let you know the amount due. COD deliveries (available only in Croatia) incure 5 HRK fee.
